She is service-oriented and was very willing to answer all the questions I had. Even though it was the end of the day and the work week, Maya made me feel that I was her only customer! When I brought my car in for a oil change the check engine light was on , I was told it would be $150 just to run the diagnostic test. This is absolutely ludicrous knowing that the gas vacuum seal will trip the engine light without having anything wrong with the car. I have bought my last two trucks from Nissan and I am ready to trade my Frontier in for a Titian. But after today’s obviously blatant rip-off I will no longer be interested in purchasing another car from Nissan.,
FYI there are many auto part stores that run these test for free.

I waited over two hours for an oil change and car wash. I waited in the coffee room. I think they were done and the female service advisor went to lunch and no one told me my car was ready. I was not happy!
