Entering @7:30 for service, it took for me to ask about my car, purely being diagnosed, to be checked out around 11:30. Had I any idea about the waste of time I'd have made arrangements differently, No thanks to your management. Your signage in service is patronizing, in hind sight. Regretfully I expected more from you. As my first Nissan experience I may Never hope to Ever have another, Honda never let me down so manys ways as Nissan, I do not see Nissan in my future, and I am sorry to have to say it, perhaps it can change.
