Wyatt was so very helpful and did his diligence to figure out the issue with my car. I had towed my car in early morning and the issue was fixed within hours. Also I called in the middle of the day requesting for an oil change. There was also a recall for my car which was checked as well. All was done by that evening and I was able to pick up my car at end of day! Excellent service at Orange Coast Nissan!

2.The 27 point "inspection" is useless. It basically follows the suggested manual of when to get services done. No one actually checks if said services are actually needed and if I didnt make a service there, the said service is marked as RED which means needs to be done. Straight up uselessly.

Really liked my first visit. Marlon was an awesome service advisor. He did not pitch to me unnecessary BS services unlike they did to me at Universal City Nissan. He only made future recommendations after the service (oil change/tire rotation) on my car was done, which were reasonable. Greatly appreciated the approach. Wish I could always go back to Costa Mesa Nissan but I live in Glendale and circumstance made it more convenient for me to take it to Costa Mesa Nissan yesterday.
