I realize the staff is very busy but the follow up is horrible. I understand being under staffed as well, abs that is something management needs to address. I was given three different dates for my vehicle to be completed and each time I or my husband had to call for the status, I was not voluntarily contacted. My vehicle was there for 10 days; 6 business days. I could not get a loaner vehicle and a diagnosis was not made allowing me to get a rental vehicle. It was a huge hassle abs added expense. The customer service I used to rely on no longer seems to exist. It’s very disappointing and as a faithful Hyundai owner, I’m now considering other makes of vehicles.

Reliable Hyundai will not get my business ever again. The service department is the worst I have ever encountered. The communication and customer service is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Well, 2 questions. 1. Was there something done that cleared my 2 trip meters? I religiously track my mpg and with 0 miles I cannot do that. Plus trip meter B was pretty much from the day I brought her home. No one wrote those figures down did they? And 2 - ever considered that a customer might have a appointment to miss if they were not expecting to be in your waiting 4.5 hours? I am glad the recall work is done. And I am not angry. But had I planned to be somewhere at 2:15 and my car was undrivable because of unplanned service I would have been upset. I'm not but it is something you might consider. Thank you.
