Wish he could have scheduled the work for the computer that is needed. He let me know he no "longer" had the ability to. I have not heard back from the other department to schedule the work. Not too happy with that.. :/ customer service otherwise was excellent

Joseph promised a fairly simple fix of 2.5 hours. It was more like 6 hours. He forgot to call for a ride home after we dropped the car off. When I complained about the need to return for the 3rd time to get the warranty-covered door fixed, he suggested we could try the Joplin dealership for better service.

This is the second time we have made an appointment and came up to have the recall on our car fixed. After 2 hours the first time I was told they had to order a part. I recieved a phone call that the past was in and too schedule an appointment, which I did while on the phone. My husband took the car up this time and asked when he arrived if they had the part to do the recall... he then waited 2 and half hours before going to ask how much longer and her was told that they have to order the part. On top of that we ordered a replacement key because my dog chewed up one of the key fobs, he took it with him and had them program three new key. Only you all deactivated the good key, so I now I have a good key that doesn't work and am using the new key and the one the dog ate up. We were told something would call when the part comes in (like last time) and I figured I'd take the keys back up there. I have been EXTREMELY underwhelmed by this service team. This all happened last Friday... today I recieved a text saying my car was ready to be picked up and got promoted to do this survey... I would have been even more upset if I'd have left my car there for 5 days before you realized you didn't even have the part to do the recall, that again you called to have me come get replaced.

My car took almost a month to get repaired. Someone ordered the wrong parts. It took days to even get inspected. was never kept appraised of the progress. Getting answers was very difficult. I had to reach out several times and with no success via phone or email. When I picked up my car it was still covered in all of the salt and snow debris. I was surprised that after having my car for month it wasn’t even ran through the wash. I’ve spoken with ty, Austin, and Joey and despite having 3 people oversee it, there was still zero communication. They never got back to me about who’s covering the 86 dollar rental fee that Geico won’t cover because it took way beyond their 3 day estimate and they had already extended it several times. I’ve left several messages stating that the repair isn’t good. My car vibrates when I go over 35 and makes a funny sound at 45 and going on the highway my car shakes a lot. That front right wheel is still not right. I waited to fill out the survey to give them some time to resolve the issues but it’s been over two weeks now and it’s still difficult to get any answers. My car is not right and I want it to be fixed correctly. Plus, I was surprised that the military discount only applied to the deductible and not the total cost. I appreciate getting the discount, but after all I have dealt with on this case, seeing that the discount was on the 500 instead of the 2600 just felt like a technicality and salt on an already open wound. Just seems like you would want to benefit the customer, whether or not they go through insurance, give the discount and if they do use insurance then maybe their deductible portion won’t be so high and everyone is happy. The full discount would’ve been given had I not used my insurance so why not proceed as such? Just seemed like a cheap move on top of giving back a car that continues to have issues and wasn’t even ran through the wash, and hold me financially responsible for the final 3 days of car rental charges... Just zero attempts made to reconcile the multiple issues or provide excellent service.
