There were issues with me setting up my appointment. I was transferred to the service department then asked all my information by one person and they said someone will call you back shortly. Five days later I still had not received a phone call back from the service department so I ended up calling back to make appointment. I also had an appointment back in March and had trouble as well. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and I have never been this disappointed in Toyota.

I was told verbally over the phone that a problem I had entrusted the service department to fix had been fixed. However upon receiving my car I found that the car had not been serviced properly, the paperwork also reflected that. Then there was another issue listed on the paperwork that I had never mentioned.
