It was nice that they came to get my car at work and bring it back, since it seemed like they didn’t want me to bring it when I got off. Glad I didn’t have to take time off of work to take it in for the recall. Thank you

Every time we bring our car in we address issues with the customer service rep of what we want checked out. When the car is done those issues weren’t addressed. And when it’s brought up the manager always responds with “well I wish I knew that “ and is rude and condescending, almost bullying. We are definitely going somewhere else from now on
