When I arrived today they told me I was not scheduled for service even though I received a text message confirming the appointment a week or so ago. They also told me there were others that had come in and had an appointment but were not on the schedule either. They did work me in though.

They eventually got it right after first telling us the lights were fixed and they weren’t (ended up the bumper has to be removed). Then I was charged wrong so I had to call to get my money back. Not sure I have a lot of confidence in the service dept. Everyone apologized and everything was taken care of in the end.
I do feel if you work there you should be able to look at the front grill and tell what lights are out.

Hidden fees on the coupon, I didn't plan on spending that much money since I had a coupon, even though there is small print on the coupon, I'm not able to read small print well. I should have been notified before the service was done and I would have not been shocked about the price. I didn't appreciate that, and the lady treated me like I was not all there and was kinda short with me when I questioned the price... Very not good customer service.
