My main concern was the drop in my truck's gas mileage. This issue was never adequately addressed. What would cause this sudden drop? Is the solution new spark plugs or something more? The fellow who assisted me was on the whole good, but the whole process felt rushed and somewhat less than personable.

Jorge was excellent. The service was excellent. My only problem was when I made the appointment I told them I was bringing it in for the recall & general service. They order the recall part so I have to come back and they did not tell me my service plan had expired last month. The service is excellent but there is a communication issue. This is the first issue I have had & will be back.
