I received timely service at the desk. I was given a brand new F-150 truck to use to take care of important business. My Lincoln was ready when I came back, all washed and clean inside.I would recommend Hansel to anyone who needs a great dealership to see about service for their car or light truck.

A car that I bought from your manufacturer (Ford) comes up with a safety recall. I am told you would call when the parts are in. Two months later you have the parts along with two more safety recalls. Meanwhile I’m driving around in a car with 3 manufactured safety issues and two small children. Everyday to school and work hoping to god today isn’t the day something terrible happens. You guys even mention how unsafe it is and the results if something malfunctioned while I wait for you guys to find the parts. I find that pretty disturbing. I’m still pretty cool at this point, until I take it to it’s scheduled service and the service lady Carole looked at me like I was stupid to expect to be compensated for taking my car all day leaving me to figure out my own way to pick my kids up from school let alone get to work and back. I thought she was rude from the minute she said I’ll be right with you then left the building for 15 minutes came back and got snotty with her coworker working next to her saying “what does she want, the guy says she said you were helping her, and she snapped back at him and said pfft, really? Anybody could help her not just me right in front of me like I wasn’t standing there as she walked right past me and her desk. She goes to say later when I asked her how does this work when someone has to turn their car in for something out of their control that was created by the manufacturer you work for she replied, “most people make other arrangements before hand,” I just looked at her and she said we can reschedule your recall repair and put you on the list and when one comes up we’ll call you. Is that something you want your employees to say to one of your customers? It’s basically like she said “Just jump back into your car with 3 SAFETY recalls and go pick up your kids and drive around back and forth through town putting hundreds of people at risk of my car malfunctioning at my expense because you guys sent me a notice which will get you out of any liability.
I’d say that’s pretty terrible business and I will not work with the people you have hired in Santa Rosa.
The kicker is, I know that it is “dealers choice” as to who you give loaners to and she chose to make me “figure it out” so I did a little research because I am not a stupid person, and because my car was kept overnight I shouldn’t have had to pay someone to go pick up my children and shouldn’t have had to miss any work because this was not my mistake. I did not do anything to deserve this kind of treatment. This was a costly experience for me and it shouldn’t have been this way.
The company I work for does a ton of business with you guys on a commercial fleet level and they are pretty content with you guys, but on an individual level, I’d rate your customer service rep a zero for lack of compassion for a single mother who had to go 24 hours without a car. I was totally confident that you guys would have had no problem lending me a car while you repaired your mistake.
