The 40,000 mile checkup on my 2019 Lexus went smoothly and completed in less time than predicted, in spite of my arriving 1/2 hour early for my appointment. The inspection video was very informative and interesting to watch. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing. A+ to everyone involved in this 40,000 mile checkup, including Adam. No need to call me but this is the first time I was not completely satisfied. Communication was poor. I called twice and texted once for a status update but no direct response until the second call. Also, I had an 8 am appointment with no expectation that it take would nearly as long as it did. I had to pick it up the next day, requiring a change of plans. Admittedly, I did not explicitly ask about timing of completion but definitely will in the future.
