There were an alignment in my vehicle!! However, the vehicle lost its alignment after the dealer workand slightly goes to left side.????

No need to call me but this is the first time I was not completely satisfied. Communication was poor. I called twice and texted once for a status update but no direct response until the second call. Also, I had an 8 am appointment with no expectation that it take would nearly as long as it did. I had to pick it up the next day, requiring a change of plans. Admittedly, I did not explicitly ask about timing of completion but definitely will in the future.
