The 40,000 mile checkup on my 2019 Lexus went smoothly and completed in less time than predicted, in spite of my arriving 1/2 hour early for my appointment. The inspection video was very informative and interesting to watch. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing. A+ to everyone involved in this 40,000 mile checkup, including Adam.
