The service team was really helpful addressing my concern with my car battery! Im also very happy that my new windshield wipers work properly. I was very thankful the service team regonized the battery was an emergency issue and were able to squeeze me in.
The one thing that wasnt completed that I had requested was the scratches above my door handle be buffed out. The workorder said completed but the scratches are still there. They were also not able to diagnose the rattle in my passenger door but gave me instructions on how to proceed. Overall I had a positive experience at Kirby.

When I arrived for the airbag replacement for which I have an appointment there were no available airbags to do the repair. Initially I was only offered a two day service which would have meant I had to drive back from Santa Barbara which was on acceptable in terms of time. Fortunately the mechanic was able to borrow a replacement air bags from the thousand oaks dealer. Otherwise I would’ve been extremely unhappy that I had made an appointment and the part was not available. After that was resolved I was happy with every other service given.
