My service interaction was primarily with Gabby and she was really quite amazing and helpful. And kind. I was kind of cranky when I walked in (for personal reasons!) and Gabby was so great that I walked out not at all cranky. She was quick to respond to questions and overall extremely fantastic.

I brought my Forrester in for a scheduled 24,000 mile service. In addition, I was having an issue with my air-conditioning. When I told Troy about this, he indicated the air conditioning condenser would, in all likelihood, have to be replaced. With that, Troy offered me up a loaner car for as long as my car was there. Early indications were they would have to hold onto it through the weekend. Throughout the morning, Troy kept me updated on the status of my vehicle via text. I was somewhat surprised when he notified me at noon that my car would be ready around 1 o’clock. As I’ve said before, I have a Subaru dealership closer to home than Kirby. However, because of the high quality of people and service I get at Kirby, I don’t mind the additional drive. Keep up the good work!
