Paperwork says you topped off all fluids.
Which ones? Oil was half a quart low and washer fluid wasn't full.
Positive battery terminal is still very corroded and plastic cover was left off after service.
Immediately after leaving dealership when braking for the first time, my foot caught on the rubber brake pedal cover, which, while undamaged, was hanging halfway off the pedal. This has never happened before so I assume that the technician knocked it loose. I reinstalled.
Due to scheduling and time of recall repair, I had to make two uncompensated trips from Santa Barbara.
I'm not terribly unhappy about any of this, but it certainly doesn't constitute "exceeding my expectations".
