There was no choice for the tires for my 2017 OB as only the so-so stock tires were available. I ended up waiting 5 hours for what should have been a routine check. I live and work more than an hour away from Kirby, so borrowing a car or coming back for other tires are not really an option. So instead I just had to sit in the lounge for most of the day and I just had to buy the stock tires.
My next set of tires I’m almost certainly going to buy somewhere else.

Paul was very friendly and took the time to look up if my Outback had any recalls, of which it had 2. I was there to get my first oil change and he said that it would be no problem for them to fix the recalls too. He also asked if I wanted them to wash it too!
I really appreciate that he went the extra mile. Thank you Paul!
I will definitely ask for Paul whenever I bring my Outback in for future service.
