I paid way too much for the 'service '. In addition my hood flew open on the 101. So now I am concerned with what else may go wrong. I am not happy and I'm not going back.

The service was not bad just not exceptional. It was part my fault I came early and no one was ready and I was passed back and forth. Everything was timely but Paul asked if I wanted the car washed and then it wasn't washed so nothing bad just not exceptional.
