I am completely satisfied with Raquel and customer service, they have been great and professional but not happy about my purchase on November 20, I have cosmetic issues and have taken my car back already more than a few times, the first time I took it back there was a gap between the passenger door where you could see the plastic, they fixed it, I mentioned about the dry water spots on outside wind shield, they used some kinda acid to remove it, I noticed that having the car less than 3 weeks that the back seat leather left bubbles/ dimples and my daughter only weighs 115 pounds, switched her from side to side and it happened on both sides, took it in today and Acura took it to an upholstery place to smooth it out, but I feel the quality of Acura seats not very good anymore unless you buy the top level Acura ... I’ve owned an Acura 2006 TL in the past and traded my Infiniti G37 for this 2020 Acura TLX but I must say I’m having remorse and wished I’d look around more because a brand new car should be just that , A BRAND NEW CAR Taking it in again tmrw for another thing in back seat of passenger side that needs to be looked at, customer service has been great but I’m not liking my Acura like I should ????.
