I made appointment at 3:30 and arrived at 3:30. I was told to stand in front of my vehicle upon arrival. In which I did, but was ignored by several Honda representatives before someone greeted me at 3:48. At 3:40 the Cashier told me to pull up. In Any case I believe you guys should drastically improve the check in process for customers it’s lacking in comparison to Ford and Toyota or even Vacaville Honda
