I’ve previously received a printout/synopsis of required updates handed to me after each service visit. Not this time! Lassa, explained additional needs/updates in detail, provided quotes and timelines of when replacements are required, which honestly blew me away.
He is an asset! He cares about his customers. This was the absolute best experience I’ve had at any Honda dealership (NJ & CA).

the car runs great but i was told it would take a hour and a half for this service. it took 3 hours.to long to change oil and rotate tires and check check fluids.
