I recently brought my car in for maintenance, and I want to recognize the woman who checked me in. She was very friendly, welcoming, and made the drop-off process easy.
However, my experience during pickup was disappointing. She was no longer at her desk, so another representative assisted me. He simply handed me my paperwork, told me the total, and that was it. There was no explanation of the work that had been completed, no review of the inspection results, and no effort to ask if I had any questions about my vehicle.
As a customer, I would have appreciated a brief walkthrough of the service that was performed and the opportunity to ask a few questions before leaving. Instead, I felt rushed and had to read through the paperwork on my own afterward to understand what had been done.
Overall, the maintenance itself may have been completed well, but the customer service at pickup did not match the excellent service I received when I dropped off my vehicle. I hope Honda can improve the communication and customer care during the pickup process so every customer leaves feeling informed and valued.

Brandon did not keep me informed as to the car status amd when he did it was incorrect. He said the car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday as they had to order a part. The. Two hours later I was told that the car was ready…he was unavailable to let me k ow what’s happened. I picked the car up from Ernesto(who is wonderful). I questioned ed the bill so spoke to the service manager Phillip who worked with me to understand why the bill was so high…while o don’t agree with the process I was satisfied with both Ernesto and Phillip but not with Brandon.
