How does 1 hour of diagnostic check come back to 7500 work of repairs, in that short of time? Ernesto had also mentioned to me on my last visit that my hybrid battery would also have been checked with the service, then on arrival was told a different amount. I also felt rushed as well, like he did not listen to my concern, yet quick to say "any other questions?". A bit disappointing because I've always had great experiences at this location.

While I appreciate the mechanical service performed on my vehicle, I was deeply disappointed by the interaction I had with your service representative regarding a car wash. When I requested a wash, I was explicitly told that the car wash system was not functional.
Shortly after this interaction, I observed other vehicles successfully exiting the car wash and being pulled to the front of the lot.
I understand that dealership policies may sometimes limit complimentary washes, or that staff may be busy. Had I been told, "We do not provide complimentary washes with oil changes," or "We are currently too busy to wash your car," I would have understood and moved on. However, being told a false statement when the truth was plainly visible undermines the integrity of your service department.
As a result of this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your dealership for future service needs. I am sharing this with you in the hope that you can address this lack of transparency with your team so that future customers are treated with the honesty and respect they expect.
