Yodeled a bunch of “recommendations” that were truly not needed. For example, I was told that my tires need to be replaced due to tread depth nearing recommended replacement threshold. Got a second opinion elsewhere and was told that it still is halfway through (had only driven the car 22,000 miles since tire replacement). There were other recommendations that we given continually even though I said “no” right off the bat. Ridiculous. This is why I’ve stopped coming to the dealership for maintenance a long time ago. I only came this time around because I had a problem that I thought they could help me out with, which they would’ve, but only if I forked over more money to replace my head unit (which magically started working 2 days later). I will never come here again!

My Bluetooth for my phone and stereo isn't working correctly. There's a short somewhere in the system. Steering wheel controls with the stereo don't work. I have to completely turn my car off to reset the stereo and blue tooth

Nobody tested my vehicle before telling me it’s ready. My cars motor started shaking 2mins after driving away from the dealer ship. no free towing provider, useless customer services . I shouldn’t be charged for somebody’s mistake ! I will not be coming here again
