I appreciated the full explanation of what will happen and what to expect. I was also very surprised that I was offered a ride home if the service repair took longer than 10-15 min. I was with my 1 and 3 year old, so that was such a wonderful offer.

When I first arrived I waited in my car for 20 minutes. When my advisor finally came outside to get me he told me my service would only take 2 hours because it was Saturday and it tends to be busier than usual, which I understand. Then I was told to come back at 4, please keep in mind my appointment was at 11:30. They didn’t submit my car until 11:58. When I arrived at 4 I was told it would take another 30 minutes to receive my car. I was frustrated that I was lied to on the time 3 times, I was never called back after I had called to ask for a time to pick up my car. At the end, I left with my car at 4:48pm. I was extremely frustrated and the service was horrible. My advisor was busy with another client and I had to ask for help from someone else because he didn’t bother to help me or even have someone else help me. Overall a horrible experience and I will never have my service done at the Vista location again.
