I wanted to make a shout out to "Superstar" Jesse Herrera at Norm Reeves Honda in Vista, California. I brought my vehicle twice in a week to get maintenance. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jesse on both occasions. Without getting into specifics; I just want to say, he went above and beyond during both transactions.
