I was really not impressed with the service advisor. I believe his name was Chris. Customer service clearly was an issue with this advisor. I never even got to talk to him after our first interaction someone else actually informed me that my car needed a new part, and then it needed to be ordered. I hope this is not an introduction to how services is conducted at your location.

Consistently professional service from scheduling an appointment to dropping off the car to waiting room comfort/cleanliness to work repair review to payment activities, Reeves Honda In Vista has been consistent in terms of establishing and maintaining a standard of excellence and Service Technician/Facilitator Jessica Johnson is customer-oriented “face”/lead of the effort. Thumbs up. As a not too terribly important aside, I do note that the other major local Honda dealership offers free snacks along with assorted soft drinks. Reeves does offer free coffee, tea & hot chocolate.
