The greeters, initial explanation and work were all satisfactory. My only wish was that my rep would’ve called me to report the work that was found to be needed in advance. Turns out it’s all covered under warranty. So I could’ve picked up the car later and gotten the work done that day. It’s very hard for me to take time off and have my car in the shop but I’ll be back to get the suggested work finished.
