Jesse was very thorough in explaining what was going to be done. Towards the end of the service, the assessment showed an issue with the hose to the rear windshield washer; Jesse explained if there is an issue it’s covered by Honda, but, if there isn’t an issue I would have to pay for the assessment of the findings not covered. Jesse is very detailed in his explanation! Great Service advisor!!! Thank-you!!!
