Started off with a chat session that was unpleasant. I’m happy that a different rep reached out via email. I expressed my disappointment and was told that she will take care of me. I needed a spare key. After making sure my vin number matched the key in stock, she made an appointment for me. When I got there I was told that the key needed was not in stock and was told to come back the next day at first. Good thing the service rep called parts again and double checked because it was on hold. At the end, I got my spare keys but there were way too many bumps along the way. I feel it would have been much smoother 1 with better communication between service and parts, 2. Train your chat personnel to stand on the customers’ side and be more empathetic. In my case, when I was told that the parts dept will get back with info needed, I specifically asked if it would be within the hour or by the end of the day so that I can plan the day accordingly. Instead of answering my question, David C kept asking for my personal information such as email address and phone number. I was not about to give that info to someone I don’t want to do business with. At the end, he ended the conversation before I could even ask him another question. So, I was not completely satisfied. I hope this was helpful to better your service. You have a wonderful location and a beautiful dealership.

Sal is excellent that is why I returned. I was so upset during the Covid season with the smelly car wash that I went to Carlsbad. Carlsbad did not have car wash so I tried again and met Sal who helped me with my problems. Prices are high at Honda. You should give better prices for seniors especially one who makes minimum salary. Many neighbors have recommended a good mechanic in the area. Cheaper than Honda.
