I was surprised it took over two hours to have an oil change and inspection. I should have been notified that it would take that long, especially since I had made an appointment (and even arrived early for it).
Also the brake fluid and system was checked as "meet standards" on my certified pre-owned inspection checklist. How can it now be "requires immediate attention" after the car was driven fewer than 2000 miles?
