Jessica Johnson was very professional with us, going above and beyond to make sure that the 9 service jobs that needed to be completed on our 2018 Honda CRV were finished in time for our return 3500 mile trip to our home in Boston, MA. She was also instrumental in securing the Honda fuel pump recall replacement giving us the peace of mind in our cross country trip. Consistently very good service with a special nod to coordinator Jessica Johnson! Only minor quizzical moment on my part came when I was making my telephonic appointment for service on my 2021 CRV came when the female (NOT Jessica Johnson) taking the telephonic appointment indicated there are no military discounts offered/available. In fact, the telephonic information was incorrect. Recommend that Norm Reeves Service Manager “huddle-up” with his team to ensure consistency…. But getting back to long time (for me at least) Service Advisor, Jessica Johnson, she’s “rock steady”….Norm Reeves is fortunate to have her on the team! Service/maintenance is a critical element in the car industry. Thanks.

The "jutter" problem with my Ridgeline is the kind of malady that owners fear because it is subtle, sporadic, hard for a driver intimate with his machine to describe but nonetheless real. I gave it a 50/50 chance the Service Dept. would call and say, "We couldn't duplicate the problem you describe" but that's not what happened and I am very grateful because the jutter problem was driving me a little mad. In addition to a very favorable outcome for my truck, a line from "Lincoln" can be used regarding working with Ernesto Arellano, "What a joy to be comprehended". He knows his business and I know the symptoms of my truck's problem. The result was most favorable. Thank you, Mr. Arellano and Honda.
