Jessica and everything at the dealer was great. Friendly, great service. Was disappointing Honda would not cover the collapsed driver seat cushion on our certified van with only 50k miles. I’ve had vehicles with 200k+ miles and have never seen this before. But Jessica tried for us and even called Honda after the fact to confirm if there was any way to get it covered. Appreciated the attempt. Also love the Saturday service hours, very convenient.

The staff was really amazing. Always offering a snack and water and always coming to check very diligent on being present with the customers as far as the Honda product of a vehicle I would say needs a lot of work. I have had this car for less than four years and I feel like I’ve been a frequent flyer at your dealership and I’ve had consistent problems with Honda as the product but as far as customer service customer service was great. It was outstanding offered me lifts off Eno. Definitely checking in with me Actually never felt more seen or heard because today I dealt with a situation with my car and I was literally shaking and so upset because I thought I was gonna crash or I didn’t know what was wrong with my vehicle because lights kept going off and I guess it’s the camera and it turns off all the other sensors but I was panicking driving just to the dealership I didn’t have an appointment and no problem with customer service They were very kind. I said I don’t have an appointment I said, but somethings definitely wrong with my van absolutely wonderful customer service but I do have to say Honda you make a **** van and you need to do better you need to do better because this 2020 of a van elite is horrible. I’ve been to the dealership multiple times with the door is not shutting because of a battery More than four occasions have been to the dealership way more than I would like to encounter and now I have all these lights and sensors going off and I have children that have OCD and special needs and when those lights and sensors go off, it’s like World War III in my car. Just trying to keep the kids calm let alone myself come trying to just pull over. It is Honda you need to make a better vehicle
