(1)is close to my house, (2)they have Uber service if I need to leave my vehicle (3)costumer service is outstanding, (4)I want to keep my vehicle Honda, (5) reasonable prices.

Jessica Johnson is the best service writer I’ve had with any dealership not just Honda but Bmw, and Chevrolet.
I have found it very tough to get great service, especially since Covid not just with dealerships but with any establishment because of staff shortage or the quality of the staff
JESSICA???????? always provides amazing communication and really strives to meet or exceeded expectations.
It’s like this that rein faith that we will be treated fairly, and in my opinion, really helps and reflects on the quality of the dealership.
She is the perfect example of what Customer Service is all about.
