Sal was a great individual within the service department. The workers there including Sal are gems within a dark and gloomy cave (car dealerships). Love this location and no problems have occurred from there. 5/5

Ernesto Arellano was wonderful! He was diligent in getting me checked in right away, he explained what I needed and cost and I loved he was so considerate and offered me some snacks while I waited for my car and when it was ready earlier than expected time, he was nice to immediately drive my car to the front so I can leave. Thx Vanessa for her attention to detail with my multiple requests. Also thank the lady who checked me out but I don't know her name. she followed up on each issue and gave me a reason why certain cosmetic items could not be fixed. All of the representatives there on Saturday morning were so nice and made all arrangements for a lyft to drive me home This kind of service in this day and ageis very rare Keep up the good work Norm Reeves Honda!
