No phone support to answer simple questions about vehicle status.
Two phone calls and two texts were not answered until after the vehicle was picked up.
At pickup, the staff was great in person. Genuine nice men.
Communication between dropping off a vehicle and picking it up showed me that Norm Reeves Honda is ONLY interested in the $$$$
Very, very disappointed.
