The new 2025 piolet had a tow package ordered when purchased 2+ weeks ago. I was contacted and told all parts were in and schedule appt for installation. I specifically asked if all was in as to not make multiple visits. Was confirmed all is ago. Parts not complete and multiple days for a tow package. Not satisfied, was mislead, would not recommend.
