Vanessa was very kind and thorough and made a special visit out to my car after I had checked in to try to locate my cellphone I thought I had left plugged in—turns out it was lost inside the abysses of my roomy handbag! Gianna cheerfully volunteered her personal phone charging cord to rescue my phone’s dwindling battery also. I was offered an additional $30 off by their lead (sorry if I’ve forgotten their name!) if I added another pricey maintenance item to my order, which I first refused but then changed my mind and added, realizing it was a great bargain! Sensitive service advisors is a novel idea at Norm Reeves and I like the way each of them, three in all, covered for each other as they sensed my needs. Thank you! Today’s appointment went so smoothly (I couldn’t believe I was in and out in under an hour!), and Jana was very personable and helpful! 100% satisfied today! The only thing that could have been even better is pricing for roof rails and cross bars with installation. I was about to book an appointment to have them installed next week but then decided to first do a quick price check with another local Honda- Hoehn and they actually beat Norm Reeves’ price by a couple hundred dollars… Would have been nice to return to Norm Reeves for this but I’llbe sure to return another time if the pricing is right as customer service is too notch! Thanks again!
