Pleasant and efficient. My only complaint is when I called and asked for recall + routine service, the recall part could have been ordered so it could have been just one service appointment (instead of saying “we don’t have the parts, we’ll contact people when they come in, let’s just schedule your routine service.” But this was not in any way Jesse’s fault and he ordered the part telling me a fairly short ETA.
