This repair was tough. It was hard to figure out what the problem was, but Sal and the technician were persistent and eventually figured it out! Sal helped in putting together a letter to corporate, and I am extremely appreciative that Honda agreed to pay a good portion of the repairs. Sal and Justin (service manager) kept me informed every step of the way. So glad to have this issue resolved! Sal has been wonderful every time I’ve been in!
