The best decision I have ever made was going to Norm Reeves! I first came to Honda about 2 weeks ago for an issue, which was taken care of without a hitch. Ramez allowed me to go over all concerns regarding my vehicle. The technicians were very kind and throughout! I had 5 windshield chips that were covered under my Honda Care warranty! They were very considerate of my time restriction when I dropped off my car this morning keeping me informed of any updates!
