I came in for A1 service - tire rotation and oil change. I had a 10am appointment. My service advisor asked if I was going to be waiting. I asked how long the service would take. He said 1 hour, 1.5 hours max. Based on this time frame I waited. A hour and a half had passed and my advisor was nowhere in sight. No update. No advising me my car was taking longer than he initially believed. I had to go to the desk and ask another service advisor about my car. He left to check on it and eventually came back with my keys and checked me out. While I was checking out, another advisor was discussing with a customer how slammed the service center has been recently and that things have taken longer than usual. And that it’s been this way for 3 weeks. If this is the case, my service advisor shouldn’t have given me a “max” time limit only to go over. He should have advised me that it could be longer because they are busy. It was just annoying and disrespectful of my time.

i was impressed that Ernesto checked my CRV 2020 for a 30,000 mile check up and only recommended services that were necessary and advised me to wait on others such as oil change! My vehicle still has 30% oil health so that cost could be deferred!
