Initial drop off experience was pretty satisfactory. Besides the regular maintenance I asked if we could see unto adjusting the passenger front door so it closeses more effortlessly like the other doors. This was a problem since the purchase. There was no promise made about it and I agreed with the reasons given, but somebody was going to take a look at it. When I came back the original agent was not around. Somebody else helped me well. Since the door job was not remarked on paper, he had to chase a mechanic to get an answer to see if it was looked at. It apparently was. And since the doors are not apparently adjustable nothing could be done on it. There was some smudges left around the front wheel area presumably from the work of tire rotation. The check out person kindly cleaned it. Also I thought there was going to be a complimentary car wash, but I guess this is not a regular feature. Overall experience was decent but the feedback question set a very high bar; thus my response and the details.

Omar was responsive and professional. However, I would like a more accurate work time window. I was quoted a pick up time of 130-2pm. I picked up at 330pm. I had to wait around for 2 hours (driving around Irvine and Lake Forest) before I got my vehicle. This is not exclusive to Omar. This has happened several times with other service employees. I think any customer would prefer an accurate pick up time, especially during covid, when there is no waiting room. Thank you.

Matt has been great to work with in the past, but could have handled my most recent visit much better. Your reservation system is flawed, and Matt should have recognized much sooner that repairing the car was going to take much longer than expected. I waited over 3.5 hours before Matt informed me that the mechanic ran out of time. He sent me home in a loaner car (thanks) - for something (fixing or replacing a run-flat tire) that ultimately took less than 30 minutes for the mechanic to diagnose. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment? Why did Matt let me wait that long without determining that the repair time had become unreasonable? I came back the next day (add another hour and half for drive times to this ridiculous experience) to pick up the repaired car. Matt then told me that I would be charged for the labor (tire was under warranty). Shortsighted and revealing. The invoice was for a nominal amount ($15-20). Petty, given the ridiculous inConsideration of my time— and revealing that your mechanic spent less than half an hour making the repair. I would have been happy to pay that (or 5 times that) had Matt and your operating procedure been much quicker to resolve the repair.
