I was not contacted about the status of my vehicle when it was in the shop for nearly three days. Wyatt said he left voicemails but I did not see any on my iPhone. I called four times to the service department but the ladies who were at the call center could not give me details about any work done. Finally Wyatt called me back and said two parts were on order and I would have to bring my Odyssey back when they came in. I asked when that would be and he could not tell. I had brought the vehicle in for three other recalls a few months ago and requested the rear camera recall at that time but was told to wait for the recall notice. Overall I am not impressed by the service.

Hello, I was very happy with the maintenance of my vehicle and the service provided by Nate.
My suggestions for improvement are regarding the lack of clean/available seating outdoors. It would make the outdoor waiting experience much more pleasant if there were more seating options.The chair I sat in outside while I waited was very dirty and located in a flower bed. It was difficult to find a place to sit in the shade. It would be nice if there was a tent and clean chairs for people waiting outdoors.
