I can't really afford the service, and it was a very not fun game of back and forth about bringing in parts (i mean i get it, yall are a dealership). But everyone was nice, especially Omar. Omar was a breeze to work with even though it ended up that I went somewhere else. He was incredibly patient, very kind, and was as helpful as ever. I'd definitely work with him again!

Hello Norm Reeves Honda. I serviced my 2017 Civic yesterday at your store. My service associate was Mark Farrugia. He was courteous, professional and friendly. It was only a routine oil change, tire rotation and general check up with time estimate of 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait time. He had me in and out of service in under an hour and was quite pleased. He’s a good service associate to have on the front line.

Could’ve done a better job upselling, I’m sure there’s something this car needs that I’m unaware of aside from a brake fluid change. Didn’t see any inspection recommendations performed by diag techs.
A car wash would’ve been a real nice finishing touch for a “wow” factor.

Nate (Nathan) did an outstanding job. My wife says it was the best service she has ever received from any auto service technician she has ever done business with. While waiting inside our vehicle in line, Nate came to check us in. We told him what services we were there for, then we asked him about an issue we were having with our Bluetooth system. Immediately, Nate says let me take a look at that for you. He was able to fix it so that both our cell phones paired properly while we were still advancing our car in the waiting line. Nate took the time to both resolve our issue and to show us how he did it so we could fix it ourselves in the future should the need ever arise. My wife Bambi was so impressed with Nate’s customer service, that she brought back some snack bars for him as a thank you treat when we returned later in the day to pick up our vehicle! Nate went above and beyond with customer service.
