The representative that helped me out was not helpful at all. In fact, I was turned away and told my car could not be serviced because I did not have the proper paperwork to prove I had a valid warranty on my vehicle. Not only that, but I was completely unsatisfied and unhappy with the representative's attitude towards me. Totally bad experience overall.
