Service was great and inspection was thorough, however there was a miscommunication between the customer service representative and the service team. The scheduler confirmed it would be a free oil change(it came with the purchase of the car) but I was still charged for it since it apparently expires after a year. Other than that no complaints.

Good Morning, Mitch Akers was very friendly and helpful. He has great customer service and did his job effectively. However, I had advised him that my vehicle was displaying an error message “Some driver systems cannot operate: Radar Obstructed”. Mitch said that the software update should have resolved that issue, but I received that error message the following day. I will be contacting Honda to get this issue resolved.

I had a appointment and still took a hour and half for ONLY oil change. There is reasons why I made the appointment. If I recall I didn’t have appointment still waited for one and half. My question, is the point for appointment if you still have to wait for oil change. Mindful it’s only oil change that took one hour and half. Some place only 30 mins without an appointment. The guy was helping me kind rude saying “We gave you cheap price for oil change and if you go somewhere else it’s more” and reply to him I don’t care how much i pay I care about the time”.that why I made the appointment i care About my time not price. I thought that rude and unprofessional. Never again and I will make I’ll put this Yelp cause there reason why people make appointment.

Nathan was so helpful and polite. I was nervous about going to a car shop because I am not that knowledgeable about cars but he took the time to explain all the options available to fix my car and was very forthcoming about pricing and expectations for how my car would perform given each service option.
