When work is going to cost a lot ($1000+) I’m going to expect a high standard of responsiveness. As soon as Luis was off the phone telling me that everything was going to cost a lot and I approved, I never heard or saw him again. He apparently sent me a text but NEVER responded to mine. I had to call. The phone rang for probably 5 minutes before anyone picked up and then Luis wouldn’t get on the phone to even answer a simple question. I’m so fed up with Honda Irvine.
