Jorge was helpful and made sure that my vehicle was completed as soon as possible. This has no reflection on Jorge’s service, but the TV in the customer lounge(the newer waiting lounge)was broken, and the drive-thru car wash was also down.

The waiting time to see the representative was short. The waiting lounge can be improved, especially in these Hi-Tech days(lacks chargers, charging stations, and outlet power plugs). Seating in the area is limited. The coffee machine had supplies and the machine brewed good coffee. Returning my car washed made everything better. Thank you Norm Reeves Honda.
