Armando was very helpful. I was very upset with what happened when I had the problem when just getting off the freeway
and there was smoke coming out from under the car and a bystander said fire. Was a big surprise to learn that confused computers in the car had caused all of this, When I picked up the car Armando assured me that all was repaired and working well, I am driving to Bakersfield for Christmas so important that I could trust the car's performance would not have any issues.

I know I did not have an appointment but it would’ve been good to know that nobody can touch my vehicle for the first 6 to 7 hours of having possession of it. After six hours I called for a third time to get an update just to find out no one has touched it. I could’ve gotten many things done and brought it over to you six hours later. I need to pick in my car after 6 1/2 hours I would not be in touch and taking it to work. I understand that I could not be touched for that long but someone should’ve said something. I was home Carlos all day for no reason.
